The image shows Gambit dressed in a unique take on a Daredevil suit , smiling at an opponent whose leg are framing the focal character . The suit is complete with Daredevil ’s iconic cowling and double - five hundred insignia on the chest , as well as the reddish and black coloring that ’s been featured on a few of harum-scarum ’s suits in the past . However , Gambit seems to have thrown his own spin on the wooing , as his hair is flowing out of the cowling from the top ( like with Gambit ’s own classical courting ) , and his weapons are n’t billy clubs , but two shortened bo staffs – which is Gambit ’s theme song weapon – each one soar with power from Gambit ’s mutation .
