Emhyr explains his plansto impregnate Ciri to Geralt , and since the witcher recognize him and Yennefer knows the genealogy , Emhyr decides to get rid of them . The White Flame gives Geralt and Yennefer the option of committing suicide , which they agree to . However , Emhyr find Ciri in the courtyard , who is heartbroken over lose the only loving parent she had known . This is enough for Emhyr to change his creative thinker , and Ciri interrupts Geralt and Yennefer to let them know they are free . Emhyr ends up marrying the fake Ciri , who he grew to love .
2Ciri Tries To Save Geralt & Yennefer (& Leaves Their Ending Ambiguous)
While Ciri and Yennefer are summoned by the Lodge of Sorceresses in Montecalvo , Geralt travels to Rivia , where a riot and pogrom erupt . Ciri and Yennefer arrive at Rivia to line up a dying Geralt , but Yennefer gives so much of her conjuring trick to cure Geralt that she loses consciousness , and to Ciri ’s luck , Ihuarraquax appears and carry his superpower through her to mend Geralt . Ihuarraquax points at a gravy boat and Ciri puts Geralt and Yennefer ’s body in it , and the three disappear into the fogginess . As Ciri recite all this to a knight , it ’s left unclear if Geralt and Yennefer survived and acquire their happy ending or if it was all a metaphor for them crossing over to the hereafter .
