The Boogeymandoesn’t make it clear if the bugaboo killed Sadie and Sawyer ’s mom , but some details in the film hint that he either did or did n’t . Lester confabulate Will with his story of his children being pop by the bugaboo and afterwards being killed in Will ’s wife ’s fine art studio advise the boogeyman may have killed her too .
