John Schaefer is the sr. brother to Dutch Schaefer , aka Arnold Schwarzenegger ’s character from the original 1987Predatorfilm . He was a New York City detective who had his own encounter with a Predator after the Yautja made New York its search dry land inPredator : Concrete Jungle . After that , John became aware that these alien beast were the reason for his chum ’s disappearing , and he made it his life history ’s mission to find Dutch and play him home .
