The Joker , on the other hand , was all about chaos and see the populace incinerate , and Bane was used by Talia to fulfill her founding father ’s plans to destroy Gotham , but their design included a nuclear bomb calorimeter . Each baddie also come close to achieving their goal of destroying Gotham , but Batman negociate to halt them powerful on time .
