Not only are Captain America ’s activeness in this issue totally uncalled for , but they ’re utterly hypocritical . Just a few government issue prior , Captain America was almost literally bound for joy at the outlook of leaving the Avengers and joining Nick Fury ’s specification - ops squad under SHIELD .
