Justin Hammer does n’t mention Timmy again inIron Man 2 , so if he was to become the forged guy inArmor Wars , his mien would stimulate a lot of confusion , as the audience would have no melodic theme who he is . Time is also against this setup as many years have pass on sinceIron Man 2came out , so introducing Timmy and explaining who he is would feel forced . There are other option forArmor Wars ’ scoundrel , but Justin Hammer ’s nephew would have been perfect for that role .
